Which do i need to order for the irs?

Request Returns or Transcripts from IRS , This link should help. You should need the transcripts only unless you had unusual circumstances and can request via telephone.

This answer fails to address the question. What is needed is the Tax Return Transcript, not the Tax Account Transcript.

Just to be a broken record If you have already sent in your affidavit of support, but your interview is scheduled after April 15, take a copy of the entire package you filed for 2012 to the interview with you.

Send your wife a complete copy of the TurboTax filing, including a copy of any supporting paperwork. The alternative is to get a transcript of the 2012 taxes from the IRS after they are processed. She will probably need it if you did not supply it with your affidavit of support and her interview is after April 15.
