Once the I-129F is received at the Dallas Lockbox, how do you know which processing center does it go after this? Vermont or CA or National?

Your NOA1 receipt will tell you. The starting letters of the receipt number indicate it's whereabouts (WAC for California, EAC for Vermont).

It all depends in which state the petitioner is living..

Vermont Service Center (VSC)

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia and the District of Columbia

California Service Center (CSC)

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

As far as i know, National Benefits Centers do not process I-129fs, and yes, your NOA1 will tell you where the application has been routed.

Good luck!

Yes you can see it on the first 3 letters of your NOA1 receipt. Supposed to be my service center is CSC since my husband is living in Nevada but they forwarded our case to MSC. Good luck to all of us!

Generally, the Vermont Service Center and California Service Center are the main processing centers for I-129F K-1 petitions. However, due to the recent deluge of other types of visa applications, USCIS has been reallocating K-1 processing workload to other service centers.

Here is a USCIS link about their Service Centers:

The Missouri Service Center (MSC) is also known as the National Benefit Center (NBC) and is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

That is for the I-130 because you are already married. MSC does not process I-129F petitions.

The only two that process the I-129F are Vermont and California.
