Just found out my I-130 was approved on Friday(woo hoo!!), so I've been reviewing the CR-1 processes at NVC in preparation for the next steps in the process. As best as I can tell, you need to file 3 forms (DS-3032, I-864 and DS-230) and pay 2 bills (I-864 and IV bill).

Is there any way I can send all this stuff to the NVC in one shot? It seems inefficient to wait for NVC to individually request payment and then request me to fill out the form.

Anybody have any experience in trying to expedite the process in this way?

Thanks,

Rob

No no no!

Canadians do it different. (Sorry. *giggles*). Anyhow, read this:

are you studying LingChe in the wiki? If so, you can see some nice patterns for 2 shots.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I've done everything pretty fast I think *knock on wood* and I haven't read LingChe. Just followed Saylin's wiki. :). I would be done by now if the hubs was on the ball but you were right about going to the IRS office vs calling. He had to wait two hours in El Paso county (they take forever) but walked out with transcripts!

ya, is ok.

patterns abound.

we could make nice debate on

expedite to embassy

vs

super fast NVC intake stuff

but for Canada, is different, with EP and electronic forms combined.

I say not try for expedite to embassy, for Canada folk...

instead, feed NVC quickly, then once appointment date is set, chase after an earlier interview date .

Lol the part that makes you feel ####### retentive during the USCIS, checking the website and being on top of everything, actually helps in the NVC stage. Plus a little of the patience you learned back then.

I think they should do EP and online forms for everyone. Save some trees, make it all go faster. Perhaps it'll put courier services out of business though. Lol
