So my fiancé (beneficiary) doesn't remember the start and end date of his past places of employment.

Those jobs were from like 2005, 2008.

Not sure what to do since the G325A asks for that info.

Any recommendations?

ALSO ? he's not sure about the number# portion of his PREVIOUS home address from over 6 years ago.

This isn't something that can be left blank, I know but what if he just puts the street name and city, state...is that ok??

That is not a problem. Tell her to enter the dates as best as she can remember them. So long as she is being honest and as truthful as possible she should be OK. Alternatively she could call her places of employment and confirm the dates with HR or former co-workers.

I had the same problem. But solved it easily by looking up at previous contracts/work record books. Since I had applied for a tourist visa before I needed to get these dates right again. Not sure how crucial it is to get all previous employment dates precise in ur situation but, of course, it is better to be honest and as exact as possible. You don't want to look as if you are hiding or distoring info.

He doesn't have anything, old letters, bills etc. with the old home address. So not sure what to write.

As for the job start and end dates, I think he's gonna try to guess as close as possible.

I was just worried as to whether or not this would be a negative.

By the way, he doesn't not need to provide information which is older than 5 years old. The form says - applicant's residence and employment last five years. Might make things easier for you, guys :)

You do not need to recall the stuff from 2005, or even 6 years ago. It asks for the last 5 years. Have him give his best guess for the job from 2008.

Many of the places where I lived overseas did not have actual street numbers, so some of those had no numbers in my petition. In the Middle East often there is only a post office box for mailing address, so I just put the name of the street where the employer was physically located. As for dates, I suggest making an estimate and then state somewhere in there that these are estimates. You don't want to give the impression you are lying.

Hey I used Google maps to remember where I lived. You can use streetview and actually go up roads to see what house u used to live at, then look at the house number on the street, house or letter box.

Ah! I totally forgot about google maps.

We'll definitely give that a try. Thanks!
