hi everyone, someone just introduced me to this website and I am a bit confused about the spousal visa process

i just got married in pakistan 3 weeks ago , and now i am back to states

I filled out the I-130 application , do i send the application with the application fee or do i need to attach all the requirements (i.e birth certificate passport etc).

please help me as I am young and i need alot of guidance

Congratulations. I suggest you go to top of this page and click on Guides so you know all you need to gather to submit the fee is $420. Hope you have plenty of evidence and pictures. Also if you click on forums and go to your countries forum you can ask country and embassy specific questions. Because I know there are very specific things you need for Pakistan submission

Hi Uzmaa, congrats on your marriage. Below is a list of the things you should send with your petition:-Filled and signed Form I-130-Filled and signed form G-325A for your self-Filled and signed form G-325A for your husband-Money order of $420 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security-Copy of your birth certificate (if you are born in Pakistan then English & Urdu Copy)-Copy of your Passport biographic data page-Your naturalization certificate (if you were not born in the U.S.)-Copy of front and back of Permanent Resident Card (if your are not a U.S. citizen)-2 Passport Style photos with white back ground of you (write your name & DOB in pencil on tha back)-Copy of your Nikaah Nama in English & Urdu-Copy of your husband's birth certificate in English & Urdu-2 passport style phhotos with white background of your husband (write his name & DOB in pencil on back)-6 or 7 pictures of you and your husband together and of your wedding, mixedHope this helps you and GOOD LUCK
