I called the USCIS yesterday asking them about my first k1 petition. The representative told me "Sorry I cant tell you any info since your not the petitioner??" I asked him "why he cant I am the beneficiary and I have a right on that petition or case since I am involved." He said "its their policy. I am really confused with their policy. I need information with my first petition since they let my second petition(2012) expired and made my first k1 petition(2010) pending. VJ members anyone can tell me how can I know the status of my first petition??

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Good day. I am Joyce from philippines who recently had an interview last Jan 2013. My case was put on hold due to the fact I have multiple petition. I have 2 k1 petitions filed by 2 different fiance. first petition filed march 2010 and 2nd petition filed April 2012. I dont have any communication with my ex-fiance since he verbally abused me back then. Can Anyone help me what to do with my case since USEM returned the 2 petitions back to USCIS. When do I expect to hear from them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Just today My 2nd fiance received a letter from USCIS that our latest petition has expired. We can file a new k1 visa if we want. I am so confused with what USCIS want us to do. Why they let my latest petition expired while my first petition way back 2010 is still pending. Can anyone help me with this situation.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you Attached is the letter I received.

oh i see ok good, so ur problem is still the 1st k1 petition mo... did the US Embassy already sent the 1st approved k1 petition back to USCIS? if so only the previous petitioner can do the action with that but if the case is still in the US Embassy, Phil. then write a letter that you the beneficiary is withdrawing the petition and enclose to the letter all the important informations and tell them why you and the petitioner didnt pursue it...
