Need more information - how many in the house hold including the immigrant, the amount of people determines how much you need to make.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

NVC and your consulate are more concerned with current income than anything else. It is not required for you to send the last 3 years of your taxes, only the most recent. It is recommended that you send 3, since they like to see if your income has been steady. As long as you can show enough income to cover your current household, it shouldn't be a problem. Make sure you have a current pay stub (if your income shows cumulatively) or the last 6 months if it does not at interview. Also, you can include a letter in your package detailing the reason that your income was below acceptable levels, an employment letter, and a copy of your most recent pay stub. Good luck! good.gif
