Hi VJ! I'm an applicant for a K1 Visa now but had been denied twice before when i applied for a Tourist Visa last 2002.

My question is, would it be an issue to my K1 application or it wouldn't matter at all even if i had been denied twice since im applying now for a K1 Visa.

It really bothers me sometimes...but i need to be positive and go on with my application.

Any thoughts about this? Thank you so much!!

*** Moving from CRBA to K1 visa forum ****

Tourist visa denials should not affect your K1 unless you lied during the application, such as saying you were married to get approved.
