I am applying for my wife to join me to USA through I-130 as IR, by the way both of us are from the same country and I am USC, last time when I checked my status online it showed:

On March 16, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expire.

and today when I checked my status, it showed different date:

On March 19, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information.

when I checked my mail, till now I didn't get anything that was sent on March 16, 2013.

Really I am so confused, after waiting for almost 9 months on my case since I sent it, and now I got two different RFEs.

It helps us figure out what stage of the game you are in. Filling in your timeline helps EVERYONE on VJ because it defines timelines for everyone. If you're getting an RFE 10 months in, well we know you're soon to be adjudicated if it's only a month in, we can guess it might be something you missed.

I am the USC is not her answer by the way, it's her signature. Most people on VJ like to have a signature. It either describes them, has a quote (like mine) or have their timeline also so people don't have to do extra clicks to find out information. You'll note the signature is below a blue line.

hey, wait, I've been to Job Fair, it's a nice city and there's no slacking off there with USPS.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
