There could be reasons why IL has not been scheduled yet... If the case is under f2a and PD is 30sept2009 with completion date of may2012, you must have been done with your interview by this time. PDs 2010 are almost done.

You should call NVC about this. Or check USCIS website. Im an f2a PRiority date is 09Jan2009 and was interviewed last Oct2011. Year 2009 priority dates are already catered last 2011-2012
