Hi Everyone,

My wife and I will be doing POE in Seattle next month. Does anyone have any experiences or advice to share about Seatac? I went with a layover of 5 hours there; hope that's adequate time to get things taken care of and then find a bottle of Pyramid before our connecting flight to SLC.

I think Seattle is a very decend POE, the line moves quicker than at other airports.Don't forget to pick up your luggage before you transfer :) . 5 hours should be enough.

Last time I entered via Seattle I went through the immigration line in less than 30 minutes and I was out of the airport within an hour.

Sea-Tac POE is pretty smooth, IMO.

My stepdaughter had her POE at Sea-Tac a couple years ago. The customs officers were very quick and professional.

When she claimed her luggage, she was asked if she's carrying longganisa, tocino, chicharon, fruits or vegetables (since Philippines was her origin).

Nothing more. Very unremarkable.

SeaTac is smooth. You'll have plenty of time for a couple of Pyramids.

Chinook's Seattle POE review is on our timeline.
