My NOA2 is dated Feb 7, and I been calling eveyday this week and nothing. no case. I even called USCIS and a tier 2 rep claim that once it's approved, its automatically foward to the NVC they have no other info. This is so frustrating! :(

I know one member recently received NVC case #s after 5 weeks!!! Though they appear to be back logged , that is a long wait. Hopefully with the recent explosion of interviews being assigned, a lot of files will be moved out so they concentrate on others.

meanwhile what is NVC saying? they have your case but no numbers yet or they dnt have your case ?

if they have not received your case that is a longwait and already more than the 30 days period. Call USCIS and insist on speaking with a tier 2 rep Ask them to tell you exactly the date your file left USCIS for NVC. then take it from there.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!
