I really wonder Newbie case so submitted evidence . whats happen after ?. I got RFE same request !!!! I can not find any joint sponsor so i will try to submit the evidence without joint sponsor.

but i am really worry too. pleaes advice me ...sorry for my english is hard to understand lol

Are you saying you got an RFE for insufficient income for the I-864? You need to state what exactly your RFE asks for. You will need to have 125% of the poverty level for your household size or have a joint sponsor. If you do not meet the requirement and have no joint sponsor, you will be denied.

I understand ,i am still looking for joint sponsor now. and i was looking for who is enough income to be my joint sponsor.around my hus band is really hard to fine good income person lol

my sponsor (my husband started working last year in Aug ) and he was unemployed before then. I think thats why didnt meet the poverty line from 2012 income tax.

and hes income 2011 and 2010 was up than poverty line . so we can prove the last 7month income since he started working. but i know its best to obtain joint sponsor :-(

Is he self-employed or an employee? If he is an employee and makes enough to meet the requirement, he can provide a letter from his employer and recent pay stubs to prove his current income qualifies. If you did not send proof of the current income, that is why you would get the RFE stating his taxes from 2012 did not show enough income and there was no proof of current income meeting the requirement. Provide the proof that his current income meets the 125%. Current income is what he makes hourly times how many hours he works a week then multiplied by 52 weeks to get the annual income.

He was un employee befor Aug2012. Now I understand. when we filed the I-864. We didn't put any current income evidence. So they just look at 2012 income tax. We put on form Annual income from current income. (this years anuual income . Not last year 2012)

We got the pay stubs and wege of salary , and letter of employment .

I think I will send these evidence and wait and see what they going to say and if it's not . We have to get joint sponsor no mutter what ....I hope they not going to send RFE nomore !!!!!!!!!!!!
