Actually, they had done it. The maintenance was scheduled for 10AM to 2PM EST. They're done, and nothing was updated. Our tax dollars at work.

I hate to defend USCIS, but....

I am a web dev. If you are talking about them not updating the time frames, that probably isn't an IT/WebDev issue. That probably falls on whatever unit handles publications or public outreach or whatever. It is just content. The update notice I received from USCIS made it sound like they had to do some type of backend maintenance or updating or whatever. So this would affect stuff like checking your account, accessing infopass, etc, but would likely have nothing to do with content updates.

Just trying to keep our rage focused on the right parts of USCIS :)

One thing I did notice...they finally fixed the bar graphs on the processing times, so the 5.5 month bar is now shorter than the 7.9 month national average bar.

But no updated data as of yet.

Well well, what do you know....July 18. So CSC has been working on one day the whole month.

And, if you didn't qualify for a service request before, you still don't now.

They still haven't updated the bar graph yet...I wonder what the CSC processing time will be? 6.5 months?

OMG! I don't beleive they have done that. Not a single change since they told us that date back at end of January! Vermont is changed to 5 months. Oh great, crying again. This is hopeless :(

Blimey. Really. What utter... yeah.

I note that the volume chart has been updated to match that update... it shows a small increase Dec -> Jan for CSC: http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=2&charttype=1

I really do not understand why they haven't updated their charts at least up to February.

Oh, they are always about a month and a half behind in reporting data...well except for DACA data, that gets very up to the date updates for some reason.

I wish I was surprised about CSC sticking at July 18th, but saw it coming with the lack of approvals here. I'm really surprised VSC changed theirs to 5 months. That means mid October filers can try service requests with VSC.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

The receipt date not the NOA2 date determines whether you are past the processing date. Look at how many vj members have July 23 NOA2. These folks likely have receipt dates of July 19 and these folks haven't been approved yet. So the updated processing date could not have been any better than July 18. Not to mention the updated report provides the processing date as of January 31. I believe the processing date of July 16-July 18 was set by the Big Cheese way back in September of last year. It ain't gonna move unit the Big Cheese says it can move! Well that what I believe anyway. The processing date will not change until we see a whole lot of approvals here on vj starting with the July 23 filers. USCIS isn't going to open themselves up to a mass of service requests otherwise...

With only two service centers listed, and nationally, it's taking 8 months, how come both service centers are shown only taking 6 months?

And the winner is:

No change. They updated the page today and left the date at July 18.

Ha ha, yep, that's right. They were so late in reporting the data, I forgot what the original post was about.
