We have submitted documents for K1 visa since 20 of may 2012 and we are still waiting for it.

How long will still take time to get ready? What rights do I have as a fiancee? And what can we do to accelerate the process?

probably they didn't get the documents because as i know it usually takes about 6-8 months all together

I don`t think so because my fiance called several times to the US office he had submitted the documents and the last time they told us to wait 60 more days. 40 days have already passed and still no result.

They took the money for the visa so they must get the documents.
