Hi everyone,

I got married 2009 and entered USA 2011, I am under conditional status visa same with my son and upon POE they stamped our passport as IR1 and IR2 but when I got my greencard the first time they sent me only a 2yrs visa but my son already got 10yrs. So what I did was send in the form I-90 to replace it along with the stamped passport saying iam already IR1..After all the processing and waiting for months to got replaced greencard from 2yrs to 10yrs so I thought everything was all fine.

Now, I wondered why they send me a notice to file form I-751 to remove conditional status so what I did was to call USCIS to ask some questions about it, after all that long waiting call from them the only I answered I got from them was to make an appointment for an infopass and telling me that my status is not updated yet???

Any advice will be appreciated and some tios or steps I need to do.. Thanks

You must contact an ISO with the USCIS National Call Center and get this sorted out.

Also ask the ISO if there are any returned postal mail pieces on you, go over the proper address if so, and ask them to be resent.

Tips**

When I called USCIS, the call center agent questioned me how I got my card replaced to 10 yrs so I told them that I filed form I-90 along with my photocopy of my greencard saying Cr1 and a photocopy of my passport stamped as IR1.

I still have my NOA from my biometric stamped in las vegas.

Why it seemed like a big mistake of my card but my son as IR2 wasn't, what's the error since we both came to US together? And they want me to get an infopass appointment, what's all wrong?

An info pass will allow you to physically go to the field office and talk to people to get this sorted out vs trying to do it over the phone.
