Good day to all...here I am again w/ my same problem and another huge problem..here is my story again guys..I came here in US last june 2011 thru K-1 visa.I got married to my husabnd now, within the 90 days.SO now its over a year me without having gc or any id.and for that being said I dont have any work.my husband always promised to file my papers but he always failed w/ those promises.I don't know what to do now coz my passport will about to expired next year. And I keep on bragging my husband about my papers but he doesn't care about it at all.I really dont know what to do.When I think about it everytime make me crazy for real,.I really dont know what to do anymore. What will happen to me if i dont have GC and my passport will expired pretty soon? Will I get deported?

Please i need your advice and help.Enlighten my mind guys..I really need your help on what to do.

You need to talk to your husband about this and the reasons why he is ignoring you.

 I agree with Lilen Faith. He is putting you in a bad predicament. There must be something else that you guys need to settle before moving forward.

Yes you can get deported. You need to talk with him. Why doesn't he want to file, so you can work?
