AP in NVC

NVC gave me a case number on Monday Feb 11th and Today is Feb 22nd.. Upon calling them they said that my case is in "Administrative processing/Additional Proceesing/bieng processed"...Is anyone experiencing the same and for how long?

Sometimes they run additional background checks on random cases, and yes, it takes longer. Generally a few weeks more than other cases.

I don't know why I am in AP. They continue use the terminilogy of "Additional processing or administrative processing or its in progress".....The operator also stated that this is a normal procedure and all K1 applicants go through this..Don't know how much to believe that?

From what I understood when going through the same process, it's not the same "AP" as what you're thinking. That's what they told me when I inquired about our status at the time. They had explained to me that this is a normal procedure and all of the K1s go through this "normal process" which they refer to as administrative or additional processing. The length of time varies, but typically K1s don't spend a whole lot of time at the NVC stage. Best of luck to you moving forward.
