Suppose to say request for evidence responce review if they got it n io touched ur file. Did u send it with delivery confirmation?

Yes i sent it with a return receipt, but i received only electronic return Receipt by Email not that regular Green return Receipt.

If you go to uscis.gov and enter your case number, it will tell you to expect a 30-45 day wait for your case to show up. This also applies to any RFE's they asked for. USCIS is really backed up.

However, that being said, you should give them a call sometime early next week and ask for a call escalation to a TIER 2 just to make sure they got the docs.

Good luck and stay sharp!

My Case has been in the same status for over 60 days! I had an info pass appointment at the la office and all they could tell me is to submit the paperwork again and hope that somebody receives it!

We are very frustrated!

Bad part is that I know she received most of it because we faxed it directly over and she gave my husband a call, telling him that she only needed one more affidavit.

We send that first thing Monday morning and never heard anything again!

I'm sorry to hear that Tanja! I wish I could say something smart that you could do, but I cannot. But it does suck. I hope by the time you are reading this, you already heard back from them something...Good luck!

Wish i had but no!

When we went for our info pass, the guy who helped us even told us that she made a note on our case suggesting approval because of bona fide marriage!

He said that this is very unusual for an IO to write it on somebody's file!

I just wonder what happened!
