The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you have forgotten your Case Number or Invoice Identification Number.

you have the consular casefile # from NVC, right? for using the ds-260 - it should start with MEP.

If it starts with CDJ, you have to do something else.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

As far as I understand, MEP is for spousal visa applicants doing electronic filing. K-1 cases get their CDJ case number from the NVC by calling them. Call the NVC again and check that you have the correct CDJ case# , invoice ID # and beneficiary ID#. You do not need the letter in order to fill out the DS-260(and other forms), pay the fee and schedule your appointments. http://usvisa-info.c...country_welcome

You will need the letter for the ASC, medical and interview. If you never received it in the US or MX, then go early in the morning the day of or before any of your appointments in Juarez and ask for the letter at the customer service info desk at the consulate.

You can also contact CDJ and let them know you never received your letter and your petition expires in March so can they extend your petition expiration, They tend to automatically extend them, but you still want to contact them to make sure. Use email and get it in writing.
