Does this check list concern my co sponsor ? from what i read its only my wife name was mentioned .

Do my wife fill another I864 when submitting the tax returns required ?

what kind of proof do we submit for re domicile ?

please urgent answers are needed

hmm can you give a little background info on your case? I'm gonna assume that the USC is the wife, however I don't understand the part about "[x] The (sponsor) has not provided proof of U.S. domicile". Does she not live in America? Does she work abroad? Did you actually use a co-sponsor, and if so, what about him/her?

As far as the rest of it, your wife didn't send any of her tax info for 2011.

Here's what I included in my I-864 package:

(ignore form SF-50 as it's for government workers only. I used this instead of an employment verification letter)

 Completed and signed form I-864EZ, Affidavit of Support

 Form SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action. This is my most recent SF-50, which describes my work location, position title, pay grade, hourly salary, service comp. date (employment start date), and indicates that I am a permanent full-time employee.

 Pay stubs. I have included my last pay stub of 2012, and first pay stub of 2013.

 IRS tax transcripts. Included for years 2011, 2010, and 2009. 2012 taxes have not yet been filed.

 Copies of tax returns. Included are 2011 and 2010.

 W-2's. Included are forms W-2 for years 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009.

You don't need to file another I-864. You need to send the cover letter (included with the Request for Evidence you just got) along with the requested evidence.

Well only you guys know what you sent in.

Who didn't fill out their taxes the last 3 years your wife or co-sponsor?

Were tax forms and W2's submitted or tax transcripts which is highly advised for Lagos.

Who needs to prove they live in US? Your wife or co-sponsor?

You asked this question the other day and I answered you and said to show proof of domicile if its the co-sponsor a drivers license or voters registration.

If your wife is needing to setup and prove domicile I suggest you go here to the NVC filers thread read post #2. Very good information of setting up domicile.

thanks guys,its my wife that did not submit her taxes,and she is here in qatar with me since we got married.our co sponsor submitted all required but i realized she omitted my name in the I 864 form some where but i guess NVC negleted that since her name is not mentioned in the check list that just my concern and i have my police report renewed instead of making new one,hope it ok?

To be clear, when they refer to "the sponsor", they mean the joint sponsor. When they refer to "you" it's the US Citizen Petitioner.

Evidence of domicile in the USA could refer to both. If your wife is living with you in Qatar, they'll want evidence she has taken steps to re-establish US domicile. For the Joint sponsor, usually and US Passport, US Birth Certificate or Green card copies are needed.
