New inductee into the AR forum here. My wife and I were put into AR because they wanted another copy of her birth certificate. They instructed my wife to visit nso and return to window 17-20 the next day. She paid delbros and they told her when the consul finish their review of the nso document they will release visa for delivery.

They gave a timeline of 4 to 6 weeks, we are hoping it is much sooner since we provided what they needed in person the day after our interview.

Hello Elizabeth,

Yes Boston is 2 hrs drive from NH and my husband works in Mass.Once you get your visa, send pm and we will meet somewhere there.Good luck sa interview mo,sana no AR.

Wow, Mhel! Congratulations!

I hope to receive my visa soon because I have provided them the document that they required me to submit. Pls pray for me.

Hello,

I hope and pray na sana mareceive mo na ang visa mo anytime.Delbros did not send me any text before they deliver my visa.We kept on tracking it online that's how we knew it was for delivery the other day.You should do that too once you knew that your visa's been aapproved.Call the embassy or ask your fiance to call everyday para malaman nila na desidido talaga ang fiance mo.Sayang :( di na mana lang kita na-meet but anyway baka sa US tayo magkita di ba?Take care.

Pretty standard answer from the Embassy :( it took more than 6 weeks for us. It's hard to say, I just called them every week and bugged them :P The other thing to remember is, the Operators you call don't really have much info. Who know how long it takes them to get the info into the computer, the day i called they said it was still under review.....that was the same day they sent the visa out. anyways, hang in there.

At the interview my Fiance recieved a blank 221 form with nothing checked on top and written "wait until you hear from us" on the bottom! What does this mean? They told Her that we were not placed on AR. So what gives? They did take her money at Delbros. We have more evidence than most others provided that were approved on the spot. Some got there K1's there without Photos too!

I can't take the incompetence any more...

Are we on AR or Not?

Call the embassy and speak with Suzy or Lorrain, they should be able to tell you when looking your case up what the consul is reviewing or requesting. Most likely a name check if they did not request a specific document like they did with my wife.

I have it Detailed in the Manila embassy thread....

Just really Bummed out. The Embassy confirmed it for me.

I think its her birth certificate is not perfectly clear along with the fact She is 28 years old. She did have the CENOMAR done.... If I ever meet someone who has committed Fraud in obtaining a Visa... Im Gonna thank them for screwing up everyones lives...

4 to 6 weeks....
