So the NSC has received my I-129F application approx 10 days ago and they haven't cashed my check...I have yet to recieve a receipt, I know that the average time from submission to the NOA1 is approx 2-3 weeks but ####### is going on? Did anyone get anything from NSC that filed around the same time I did.

Thanks... :(

Give it a few more days. My NOA1 came in the mail before they cashed my check and it took a little more than 2 weeks. Remember today is a federal holiday.

Your case will be transferred from NSC to CSC so your NOA1 will come from there.

Yep... we sent the I-129F to NSC on Oct 25th and got the NOA1 (dated Nov 2nd) in the mail on Nov 7th. So that's.... 13 days from mailing it to receiving the NOA1. Hope yours shows up in the next couple of days! :)

Lol... if you already start to get impatient at your first step... then you'll need lots of calming pills for the rest of your visajourney. It took 15 days for us to receive the NOA1 btw.
