Omissions on I 864

please help !!, my co sponsor omitted some questions in the I 864 form, question 24 c... Total House hold income? but she mentioned her annual income in question 23 and she is single,will that be an issue ? and the tax returns clearifies it too.

secondly question 24e The person listed above................does not need to complete form..blah blah..she forgot to write my name there too i guess? will this cause RFE? am so worried..

I also sent AOS and IV together does that make it faster or delay?

NVC will most likely send you an RFE to complete those blanks but if not, congrats.

I have dealt twice with NVC ( mom and now spouse) and both times sent packages together. it saved some $$$ but I dnt knw if itmatters in terms of timing. I have compared timelines with others who sent separetly and though mine appeared to have been shorter by a day or two i would not attribute it to sending together but who knows...

Why would you risk an RFE?

You aren't altering already stated information. So just fill it in.

This is no different than having our spouses give us extra DS-230 forms in case of mistakes and we just fill it in if need be.

Get the form completed properly and send it in with a new cover sheet.
