For IR-1 / CR-1 Visa - Assembling I-130 Package

According to Step by Step guide here on VJ, I the petitioner need

"Copy of the full Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport. This is used to establish citizenship."

Just the plain copy work or notarized copy?

2nd question: about notarization. When you go to notarize document, is the passport pages copies considered one document or each page is a diff document to be notarized in United States?

Thanks for your help.

Annie1...

You can send COPIES (No need for notarization) of one of the two. You either include:

1. Copies of The full birth certificate (front and back) of the US Citizen OR

2. Copies of every page of the US Citizen's Passport (front and back)

You dont need to notorized the US Birth certiface or passport copies... The only other place i sent original signatures was on the translations. I did my own translations
