Hi everyone,

We have just checked everything, but once again we need someone to say: don't worry, you have everything that you need.. :);) So, our package contains the following:

1) Form G-1145

2)I-129F Cover Letter

3)Payment in the amount of $340

4)I-129F

5)I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person

6)G-325A Petitioner + a photo attached to a sheet of paper

7)G-325A Beneficiary + a photo attached to a sheet of paper

8)Petitioner Naturalization Certificate / Petitioner Passport ( all pages )

9)Fiance Letter of Intent

10) Fiancee Letter of Intent

11) Proof in having met in person in the last two years:medical report by specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics that I am pregnant, an engagement ring receit, hotel invoice, hotel card, certificate of arrival and departure to Montenegro on our summer holiday together with our id cards and passport stamps,boarding passes, photos from our summer holiday, photos with my family and our friends during the Christmas holidays, photos of engagement ring on my hand...

12) Proof of ongoing relationship: MoneyGram receive forms, listings of Magic Jack phone calls, Skype calls, Cell phone calls and messages, Facebook messages...

Everything is translated into English by certificated English translator.

Anything else that we need? :/

It appears you have the bases covered. Go through again and make sure all forms are signed-this is a common problem. I would make sure you check is a personal check so that you get the receipt number on the back of the check. Certified checks, once cashed, will be kept by bank and you will not see the receipt number.

I would also send be FedEx to Texas Lockbox so you have tracking. I have seen to many folks that have not received their NOA1 after a month, I can not imagine the pain of not getting this first step complete asap.

Everything seems fine....but......proof of pregnancy does not prove meeting between you two.

And Money receipts are usually frowned upon since it could be construed as buying the fiance(e). With all your sending, I'd leave those out.

The proof of preganancy does not prove the meeting between two of us...?! :))))) They can see that in the time when I've stayed pregnant he was here with me.. :) Thanks for your advice about money receipts, ( We can't belive that they might think in that way!) :( Thank you for your comment it means a lot to both of us!
