can u tell us(close to get NOA2) what r we supposed to do,if we r close to brake 180 days,or we already did.Just write some advice,in my case we even didnt call uscis any time,when should we call with some purpose.Or just write if u didnt make any move,u just got surprised when u recive noa2.

Not much we can do but just wait. It has been 189 days since I received my noa1. The best thing to do is to check the USCIS processing time frame today and tomorrow as they should update it soon. Currently, it is showing that they are still on the June 4, 2012 applications, the USCIS site was last updated a month ago with this info on Jan 4, 2013. Hopefully, we'll be receiving our noa2's or rfe's shortly.

i m close to explode...to make things even worse...i m starting have little fight-conversation with my gf :( all coz this noa2...at begging we thought that all this proces to get us visa is 6 moths as max...but now we see,that only getting noa2 take 6 months at min...just begging god to finish this "nightmare"

Try to focus on your end-goal together. We all find ourselves getting impatient and taking it out on those closest to us, remember not to give up when you have come so far

Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

we wont give up for sure...but i dont like our temporary relationship...everything coz of noa2...and those cunts of vsc r not updating their reach date...
