HELLO VJ FAMILY, I MUST COMMEND THIS FORUM IT IS A VERY WONDERFUL FORUM AND VERY EDUCATIVE. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS FORUM FOR MONTHS NOW. AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE TYPE OF INFORMATION WHICH IS BEING SHARED HERE. I AM NEW HERE AND ME AND MY FIANCE IS JUST PLANING TO START FILLING FOR A FIANCE VISA. BUT MY FEAR IS THAT I WAS DENIED A VISIT VISA LAST YEAR 2 TIMES ON THE GROUNDS THAT I DON'T HAVE STRONG SOCIAL TIES AND THAT I DON'T HAVE ANY TRAVEL HISTORY. WILL IT AFFECT US? THEN I WAS MARRIED BUT SEPARATED 2011, WITH MY EX WIFE OUR DIVORCE WAS STILL IN THE COURT AND THAT WAS WHEN I MET MY FIANCE. SO WE WHERE NOT OFFICIALLY SEPARATED THEN B4 I WENT TO THE EMBASSY SO IN THE VISA APPLICATION I FILLED THEN MY STATUS WAS MARRIED COS WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN OUR FINAL DECREE. AND SHE WAS A SINGLE MUM B4 I MARRIED HER, SO I TOLD THE EMBASSY I HAD A DAUGHTER. AND NOW WE ARE OFFICIALLY DIVORCED AND WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR FINAL DECREE AUGUST 2012 AND SHE WENT WITH HER BABY TO THE BABY'S DAD. THE BABY IS NOT BEARING MY NAME. SO NOW I AM VERY CONFUSED COS AM ABT FILLING UP THE I-129F AND THERE IS A PART THAT STATES THAT I SHOULD LIST ALL CHILDREN. SO IF I SAY NO WILL IT AFFECT ME AT THE EMBASSY? OR SHOULD I INCLUDE THE BABY'S NAME PLS I NEED ADVICE ON THIS URGENTLY.

No, the visa denial won't affect you. Just be truthful about it.

If the child was not yours the relationship was severed with the divorce. DO NOT list a step child from a previous marriage unless you legally adopted the child.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

you gave previous answer to the CO based on your status at the time. you are no longer married to the person and also not the biological father so youcan no longer say he is child .

there is always the opportunity to clarify thw situation when asked at the interview.

You are right, I missed the part about her being a single mom before the OP met her
