BIG PROBLEM...POSSIBLE REVOCATION OF VISA

I was approved for a fiance visa. but my problem is I recently called my agency regarding my application under them, i asked them if i can apply for another kind of visa which is the fiance visa..

i recently called them and asked them of what i am going to do with my application with their agency.. they said that they already applied for an immigrant visa for me last 2009, i have a notice of action already which i do not know. they just sent it to my email just today.

My problem is I answered the question in DS 156 "IF anyone applied for an immigrant visa on my behalf" and i answered NO.

What will the possible thing that the embassy will do on my VISA? is there a possibility that they will revoke it? Please help me as i really dont know what to do anymore. I'm blaming my self for this.

It shouldn;t be a major issue, as you are allowed to have two (or more) petitions in at the same time. What kind of visa is this second visa?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Rule # 1 = Never lie. USCIS, NVC and the Embassy don't respond well to lies.

Now with that said, you do not have a timeline completed so I don't know where you are in the process. If you have not had your interview at the embassy yet simple complete a new DS-156. If you did have your interview already what was said there?
