Does this mean I will not be going for an interview? Has anyone got anything like this b4? By the way since I got the RFE I have not mailed anything yet its just been 3 days since we got theRFE .Does this mean they realized they did not need what they had asked for. I AM CONFUSED AS U CAN TELL.HEEEEELP !!!!!!!!!!

No, it mean they have received your response to the RFE and they are still processing your case.

I have not mailed anything yet its just been 3 days since we got theRFE

If you never sent them a response to a RFE -- this one or a previous one -- and the email indicates "On November 7, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information" then it sure seems like they made a mistake and you need to call them and ask what response they are referring to.

I got that exact same email but it was because they did indeed receive my RFE info ...

If you haven't sent them any RFE info then that is really weird ... As kitkat1 mentioned you better give them a call and if you can't get anywhere with the misinformation line then possibly try for an infopass appointment ...

Did you ever get any notice that they received your response to their RFE from October 27th? I just saw that you are stating that in your timeline. Maybe it is regarding that one.

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019
