Hi everyone,

We are almost getting ready to send packet 3 back to the embassy. Just a quick question. Should we include any proof of evidence in packet 3? I don't see it mentioning it in the packet they sent, but on form 156K it asks for it. Should we send any proof or just take all proof during the interview? Also do we send the intent of marriage letters with packet 3??

Thanks so much guys!

give them as many proof of on-going relation as you can..

& do send them the letter of intent of marriage

least you carry at interview more its brighten the chances

so go for it...

Well, time will tell. I didn't send in a heap of evidences with my packet to NVC. I'm waiting on a case complete and interview date. I sent a few things just to give an overview of our continued relationship. I sent some ticket stubs, intineraries, and 7 photographs of him here and me there + family, and our wedding.

I suppose we'll see how it goes in a couple months or so, God willing.

I just read a post where someone talked about the Packet 3 shortcut (through China) I think. The suggestion said that once notice is received that the NOA2 is on its way, you can send your finished Packet 3 in. So, If I sent the list of items mentioned by tru_loves_journey to my fiance, is it advisable to do that as well with Cairo--as soon as we get the notice through text...send in the packet--even before we get the NOA2 paper? Or, is there something sent in the packet that we can't find online to prevent us from trying to get a jump on things?

We sent in lots of evidence. along with everyhthing else they asked for, Figured it can't hurt. also made a copy incase it got lost. Ismail will bring additional evidence to the interview as well. Also you will need to include your case number, the case number was sent to me from NVC in the letter saying NOA2 is approved. I hear they should have sent the case number in packet 3 also but they didn't. Also the embassy just emailed and said we can bring his medical papers to the interview. Or we can mail them in. either way. Best of luck.
