Sorry for everything happened to your gf but i learn from life that we have to hear from both him and her .Actualy what drives me nuts when the the husband from here ( Morocco ) is very honest sincere ,he got denied very easier in the Interview and we hear like we do not trust in your relationship.Coz of some jerks like your gf 's ex husband who use women over there everything.You can Imagine now how the Co look at other men from Morocco ,for them we are almost the same like that guys.I'm one of them coz again coz of the guys like that we were refused our visa .I wish ehr forget about him and move on coz as she was right honest belive me there is someone else for her anyway he is loser not her .Good Luck

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
Oath Ceremony: 2011-09-30

IR-5 for Mom Entire process took 5 months exactly
USCIS (22days)

Case entered and # assigned: 2011-11-18
NVC Case COMPLETED: 2011-12-07 ( 43 days from NOA 2 and 65 days from NOA 1)

New Interview date: 2012-02-29 : VISA APPROVED

lol that was supposed to go to my topic.....but I will add here that Moroccan men are AMAZING!!! Im married to the most Amazing Moroccan man ever!!!! <3

Our love began in 2010....our Journey in 2012 (January) and now we are at peace until 2014!

Timeline (kinda-- Im not putting exact dates- just months~)

--January 2012-- Sent our I-485 and I-130 packet off :)

--February 2012-- Touch-- Need more evidence.

--February 2012-- Sent more evidence.

--March 2012-- Biometrics and Doctors App (around the same time)

--June 2012-- (BIG PROBLEM) Immigration sent us a 'DENIAL' letter due to not having a sponsor (I thought we didnt need one)

--June 2012-- we hired a lawyer and got a sponsor, got the I-290B Motion to Appeal or Reopen had everything sent off by the end of July 2012.

--October 2012-- OUR APPEAL WAS APPROVED (breath easy, we didn't have to wait too long)

--October 2012-- Work permit sent-- got SSN

--November 26th, 2012-- AOS interview-- Got sent out told to get a translator and new interview date would be sent. :(

--January 8th, 2013-- Second interview...went well but no idea if we were approved or denied....VERY STRESSFUL!!

--January 15th, 2013-- APPPPPPRRRROOOOVVVEEEED!!!!!! (checked on USCIS web site)

--January 18th, 2013-- Card Production Ordered....welcome letter (hard copy) in the mail!!! :)

--January 24th, 2013--CARD IN HAND!!! DONE!!!!!

I can only imagine!!!! Almost time!!!!!!!

Our love began in 2010....our Journey in 2012 (January) and now we are at peace until 2014!

why dont you move to another country so you can get interview at a different embassy, if you were to be interview in another country i think you would have gotten approve. A morrocan guy working in Dubai got approved along with my fiance without any problems..

why dont you move to another country so you can get interview at a different embassy, if you were to be interview in another country i think you would have gotten approve. A morrocan guy working in Dubai got approved along with my fiance without any problems..

Good idea but that Moroccan live and work there ,me i live here .I'm married now and i am sure of one thing i do love my wife .If they do not trsutus istheir probleme .i try figure out what is really their probleme honestly.I do remmeber his look when he was interviwing me .belive me i felt like i was intterviewed by cops and already he judged me before the interview start and ask me some questions it make me laugh more than it made me be sad, their goal is me and my wife we broek but Thx to God it will not happen
