I pretty much have everything for the I-130 ready to send to USCIS. I should be able to send it off before the end of this week. Below is a copy of the contents of my package in the order I arranged it. Is it good? I kept evidence to what I feel is the strongest.

I do have phone records between me and my wife when she lived in the US and Skype history since she moved back to Japan. Initially I was going to include it, but I feel it's just going to make the submission too big. Is it OK if I leave it out?

1. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

2. Check for I-130 filing fee in the amount of $420 USD

3. Completed and signed form I-130 and Continuation Sheet

4. Photocopy of Birth Certificate for petitioner

5. Photocopy of Birth Certificate/Family Registry for beneficiary with English translation (including since people have said RFEs are being issued for this)

6. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate with English translation

7. Completed and signed form G-325A and Continuation Sheet for petitioner

8. One passport-style color photograph of petitioner

9. Completed and signed form G-325A and Continuation Sheet for beneficiary

10. One passport-style color photograph for beneficiary

11. Supporting evidence of a bonafide marriage:

a) Six pages including 24 photographs of petitioner and beneficiary together over the course of relationship

b) Copies of email correspondence, hotel confirmations, flight itineraries, boarding passes, and rental car receipts detailing petitioner and beneficiary's travel together and to see each other over the course of relationship

c) Confirmations/receipts of purchases made by petitioner for beneficiary (e.g. when I sent her flowers, engagement ring receipt, etc.)

Thanks. Glad to know I am in good shape overall. I'll look over 11C one more time and make a decision. If it doesn't make a difference then I'll probably leave it out.

One more question... For the birth certificates, do I need to include a copy of the back of them even if they are blank?

I think you are all set! Your package sounds very complete.

In our case, we have sent as well a few e-mails, facebook screen shots (The day when we became friends, when we started dating, when we got engaged and when we got married) and a few screenshots of skype. You don't need to send a 50 kilos package of evidence, but I think... if I have it, why not sending some extra evidence? ^_^ .

It's really up to you, it's not a MUST to send every single piece of evidence you have, but I have read in some posts that is better to front load all the evidence in the I-130 when it's sent to the USCIS.

Anyway I think you have a nice package already set!

About birth and marriage certificates, in Mexico they are blank in the back, and we have just sent out the photocopy of the front, we got approved and we didn't have any issues with that.

But in some other countries they may have a watermark or some stamp in the back. Just double check what yours have :)

:dancing: GOOD LUCK in this journey!

Thanks! Yes, I decided to put a sample of the phone and Skype history that is emblematic of our communication throughout our relationship. Everything is in the envelope and I plan on mailing it this morning before I go to work.
