Hi. Please follow this link http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_bring_your_foreign_spouse_to_live_in_the_US

You need to file CR1 visa and must be ready with all the proofs of your marriage/genuine relationship. God bless you. Am sure other VJers will have more to share.

Is your fiancee a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder? Because you only used the term "US residence".

There's a difference in the waiting time for the visa depending on your spouse-to-be's status in the US.

No, he cannot bring you with him after you get married. If he is a US citizen, he can stay with you during the visa process, which will take 8-12 months.

If he is a greencard holder, it will take 2-3 years, and he cannot stay with you as he'd loose his greencard.
