Hey again

So I have been reading through the part about submitting the AOS package. On the flowchart there is a part that mentions you "may" be required to attend another interview, do most people who have filed the AOS attend this interview or not?

For those adjusting status from a K-1, it seems to be a random, 50/50 shot at an interview or not. Having an interview is not bad, and it can sometimes get you the green card faster than those waiting to be approved without interview.

If youre adjusting from a K1 youre in what they call the interview waiverable category. There is no official chart showing how many people get approved w/o interviews but it seems to be about a 50/50 split.

You can check timelines if youre curious. Just look at all the K1s and see if the GC was issued with or w/o an interview and decide for yourself what the current percentage is.
