Letter from NVC

Dear VJ's

we have applied for I-130 and received 2 emails from NVC twice today. First is to fill up form DS-3032 "Choice of Address and Agent", and the next one was requiring us to pay $88.00 for Affidavit of Support processing. Is this valid? The last letter we received from USCIS is the NOA2 dated 20th Sept saying that they have transferred the application to USCIS-NBC, PO Box 648805, Lee's summit MO 64064.

Another thing is that, my husband already changed his address and informed his new address to USCIS, but the letter from NVC still showing his past address.

I have attached the letter from NVC, pls go through and check is everything is ok.

Yes that is exact the letter nvc was supposed to send. Congarts. Go on the instructions.

Yes I've managed to follow the instructions and my husband is paying the Affidavit of Support for processing.
