question about trasit visa c-1,c-2,c3

my girlfriend in the Philippians call the USA embassy for an appointment and the person is asking this question what class visa she will get?

C-1 - In Transit

C-2 - In Transit - United Nations

C-3 - Transit - Foreign Official and immediate family

just to make sure for K1 is it c-1 visa class?

She is not asking for a transit visa, as the whole point of the K1 is to marry and remain in the USA.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
