Even before the CT incident, Bloomberg has been pushing for no Guns for civilians, only ppl he wants to have gun is police officer and military, he is just using the CT incident for his personal political agenda.

I'm not talking about Bloomberg. He's a nut for various reasons. Giffords is a gun owner. She clearly has no issues with legal, responsible gun ownership. Why does everyone automatically think that if people want some gun control reform, that everyone's going to be stripped of their guns?

Bloomberg is an extremist, but I'm one to wait until after the panel along with the introduction of DF's latest bill.

DF is also another person who just rambles about Gun control.

I am not sure why they would not want to fix the root cause of the problem, but just attack the Gun owner and confine Gun owner's right.

There was no comment from media when Arnold made a comment violent movies and video games have no effect on younger generation.

rational discussion. enforce existing laws first. no more plea away ...

Gotta close loopholes first. No point in having mandatory background checks at a gun retailer if one can walk across the street to a gun show and buy w/o that burden or just go online and get a gun on ones good word. There either is a background check requirement or there isn't. Right now, there isn't because the NRA and the rest of the bloody gun lobby has worked their butts off to make sure that people that can't pass background checks still have easy and ready access to firearms all over the country. That needs to change. Enforcing existing laws isn't going to do the trick.
