Hello, I have not got my NOA2 yet but as soon as I get it I want to travel to Jordan to stay a few months with my fiancee. My questions are.. the packet # 3 what is in it? how long does it take to get it after the receipt of NOA2? will it come to me the petitioner or my fiancee? is there something in the packet i will have to send back to uscis? I know it is a few questions but i have searched guides but still confused and i dont want to be in the middle east and get the package and it have the need of something i can only get my hands on in the USA thanks for any info

this is not up to date as Amman is 100% electronic now.

We filed for CR1 so I am not positive what comes in your packet, but I do know that Amman is 100% electronic now so any forms or fees you pay at the NVC stage are all done electronically The NVC is good about sending email with each step, and so is the consulate. The NOA2 will come to the petitioner, and my NOA2 came about 2 or 3 days after my NOA2 text.. Good luck and have fun, I really miss Jordan.
