What are the steps after I-130 is approved?

I am a US Citizen filing for my brother and his family's immigration.

I see have to fist file I-130 first for him. But I can't seem to find more information about what to do afterwards.

Would appreciate is if people could give information about this and point out links on USCIS explaining about it.

What country is your brother and his family in?

The total waiting time for the entire process varies for certain countries.
