So you filed for AOS and K-1 is finished, you have an interview in 4 days, if approved you will not need a travel or work document with your GC. Looking at your time line you have biometric only this is not an interview, in that case call and ask about the receipt for the I 131.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

We have received our letter/receipt NOA for I-485 and I-765...but it mentions nothing about the I-131? does this come seperately? Should we call or mention this at biometrics apt>?

We have 4 days till apt.

thanks

You should have received an NOA receipt for each of the 3 forms, but the letter for biometrics will only list the case numbers for the I-485 and I-765 because biometrics are not required for the I-131(AP).

Yes, you are correct bigdog.

The only thing i hant received yet is the receipt for I-131.

Is there a possibility that these processing times are longer?

The approval of I-131 does it depend on approval of I-485?

No but it should be done (AP EAD) in about 3/4 months. Or at least ours was, we filed them separately our attorney was a bozo.
