Hi all members,

How can I e-mail DS-3032? We just only got an e-mail from NVC to file DS-3032 through regular mail or e-mail.Already used the e-mail template given on Visa Journey e-mailed it. Recieved a reply after a couple of weeks to e-mail the DS-3032 to NVC. What to do should we wait for the hard copies than start the process or what?Kindly help..

I believe I read somewhere that if you've already sent it that you should not send it again. The email you received is automated from what I understand. BUT with that said, I would call in to ask them if it has been received and accepted and applied to your file since you already sent it.

USCIS - 40 DAYS
2012-10-30: FedEx delivered I-130 to Chicago Lockbox Mail Room
2012-11-01: NOA1 by email - MSC
2012-11-02: $420 (x3) debited from our account
2012-11-05: NOA1 hard copies received, Priority Date 2012-10-30
2012-12-11: NOA2

NVC - 26 DAYS
2013-01-02: Rec'd case#, IIN, BIN & OPTIN emails for EP sent
2013-01-03: Submitted DS-261 (x3)
2013-01-07: AOS bills invoiced and paid & OPTIN for EP accepted for each of us
2013-01-08: AOS bills appear as paid & AOS packages sent by email
2013-01-08: IV bill invoiced & paid (kids' only)
2013-01-09: IV bill appears as paid (kids' only)
2013-01-09: IV Package emailed & DS-260 submitted online (kids only)

you said you received a reply from NVC after couple of weeks to send the DS 3032 you already sentZ? I would resend it via email if i were you. It does not hurt to do that. i actually emailed two Ds 3032 last year while filing for my mom (one with a scanned attachment and the other without incase it goes to spam folder) and I also mailed a hard copy. My Ds 3032 was accepted just after couple of days then. so resend it via email and see. did you get an AUTO RESPONSE after you sent it the first time?

09/15/2012: Got Married
09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
Oath Ceremony: 2011-09-30

IR-5 for Mom Entire process took 5 months exactly
USCIS (22days)
mailed I-130 : 2011-09-30
NOA 1: 2011-10-03 (text & email)
NOA 2: 2011-10-25 (text and email)
NVC: (19 days)
Case entered and # assigned: 2011-11-18
NVC Case COMPLETED: 2011-12-07 ( 43 days from NOA 2 and 65 days from NOA 1)
Interview Date(Lagos): 2012-01- 23 Mom was late for interview
New Interview date: 2012-02-29 : VISA APPROVED

Yes I got the auto response first time and today again I send it n ot the auto response.I actually used the template from this site and just copy paste it with details in my email did not made any attachments nor signed it.Is it necessary to sign it before sending as mostly ppl say they dont...

yes I also used the email format from VJ so you are good there. No, the form does not need to be signed. Good idea, call NVC before midnght tonight and ask about the form to see if they accepted it but never responded to you.
