the dreaded stamps, i remember them oh so well from Jordan. I know for my husband, he is from Jordan, his PC had to be stamped from ministry of foreign affairs, but not birth certificate because it came already stamped from the civil status department. Perhaps post this in the regional forum so you will get answers from others with experience in Pakistan

heyy guys how ru well i have an interview on 21st December 2012 now on AP anyways i dint stamp anything just given them the police report and birthday certificate

dint ask for any stamp or anything else ...
