This might have already been asked, but I'm incredibly overwhelmed by this whole process... We just started trying to fill it all out.

We have itineraries and photos, but I'm missing airline ticket stubs, I also don't have one receipt for the hotel we stayed at.

Will this be OK if we have plenty of other supporting information?

You can use passport stamps and you can call the hotel for a copy of the receipt

I feel you. I had no idea I was getting married until summer of last year. I had no reason to save receipts and boarding passes. Fortunately, my fiancee saved quite a bit of her stuff as keepsakes. I didn't, however. I'm glad boarding passes & tickets aren't required evidence and that passport + itineraries + photos can pick up the slack.

Don't worry both, I completely understand how you feel. I'm very overwhelmed by it all myself and quite stressed. The original plan was for him to move to the UK with me, but for various factors/reasons we have decided I'm to move down there instead. I love it there. But it'll be worth it in the end!

Make sure to take scans of both your passports including the passport stamp. You could add a footnote saying you no longer have the boarding passes on a post-it and put lots of other evidence in, and just hope it goes okay.
