Hello Everyone,

Greetigs and Happy New Year.

I am in the process of filing CR-1 for my future wife. I will be going to her country in Feb 6th, 2013 to get married.

I would like to get prepapred ahead of time so there would not be any delay in filing.

My problem is this:

What documents should i have her signed and dated so i can bring those to the US and submit as soon as NVC requests? Basically i am trying to avoid any mailing delays from Nepal to US even if that would be for couple days.

Can i have her sign the original documents and I write the dates? Would that look bad?

Thanks in advance.

Her signature goes on her G325a. Everything else in the initial package is signed by you. Start by clicking on the word "guides" at the top of any page here.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
