If I feel I was duped into getting married because he wanted a green card can I get the marriage annuled.

How would this affect his immigration status? He can file for aos in a few months.

Are you sure you mean he can file for AOS (Adjustment of Status, usually done right after a K1 fiance visa holder marries), or RoC (Removal of Conditions, done after 2 years of being married and living in the USA)?

Getting a marriage annuled in the USA is very difficult unless you have very good proof he entered the marriage on false grounds (ie for immigration benefits), a divorce is probably easier. In terms of his immigration status, send any proof you have to USCIS. It wil be up to them to decide what, if anything, to do.

If he has a green card he will be able to file ROC(I-751) without your help, but if he didn't submit AOS(I-485) yet then he won't be able to get green card through marriage.
