Additionally take a look at the sticky at the top of the forum page, "Tourist Visa Guide."

BTW, please lose the CAPS, it is shouting in internet parlance, and they are hard to read.

Good luck on your visa journey.

PLEASE HELP! I WOULD LIKE TO BRING A COUSIN OVER FOR A VISITOR VISA ! BUT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO EVEN START !

IF ANY ONE CAN HELP PLLEASE LET US KNOW !

WHAT ARE THE FIRST STEPS PLEASE HELP ME THANK YU!!

First you have to understand the process. Second help the cousin to do the same.

You have nothing to do with their application other than to advise them in what they need to do. You dont bring them.

They apply by filing the forms. They first need to understand the " strongest ties " rule. This means they have to PROVE beyond a doubt they MUST return. Every applicant is presumed to be an " intending immigrant ". This concept must be offset with evidence to prove they will not attempt to do so.

See the embassies web site to find details about tourist visa forms.

Ning has the correct answer for you.

You are not a part of the visitor visa process.

Your cousin applies on his own at the US Embassy. He states his reason for visiting is to see you. That's all. You don't file anything. You don't bring anyone over on visitor visa. The visitor visa process is only about your cousin and the reasons for returning home after a brief visit to the US.
