Hi everyone;

now it's a whole month since our CR1 case is complete in NVC! and yet we're waiting for an interview appointment from Ankara/Turkey!

does anyone have any idea why is it taking so long?!

each time I call the NVC, they just say that you should wait until we inform you about your interview appointment by e-mail! and that's all!

I'm getting really frustrated here! can anyone help me out here?...

Alas, NVC found out that you never fill out an official VJ timeline, over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=143060

and has decided to delay your interview scheduling till you fill our your official VJ timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=143060

----

Nah, that's not the case, actually, but I must ask you - why in the world would you NOT fill out your official VJ timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=143060 ? What's up ?

--

Usually, NVC schedules a month ahead, when a casefile is IN the queue for scheduling. I must assume you missed the cut-off date for getting in the queue for scheduling for THIS month, somehow.

---

Do, please, take a moment, and fill out yer official VJ timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=143060 ??

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Ankara has two different offices that are not in sync with eachother. I am not familiar with cr-1 process, but it has happened many times that, the mails get mixed up and files go to wrong officers or department, so it IS possible that its nothing out of ordinary.

Thanks for filling out yer timeline !

Sometimes, knowing the right questions to ask, is important.

Some samples, when talking to a NVC TeleOperator:

1. When is Ankara releasing their next month's calendar to your office?

2. Am I actually in the queue for scheduling?

3. What date was the final review complete?

Knowing the answers to these questions, should help you a bit.

Good Luck !

Hi;

Thank you for your answers.

I have asked the NVC lots of questions!

1. do you have any estimation ...

2. how much more do you think I have to wait ...

3. is it possible for us to get an appointment on January ...

and ...

and all they say, is that "it depends on the capacity of the embassy!" "as soon as they release their calendar, we will do the scheduling!" "you have to wait until we send you an e-mail"

and that's all! I think this taking so long, is somehow related to the changes that they are making to their system! which has started from just today!

and all I can do, is to keep my hope!!! :(
