Just wondering who it is sent to. And once I get it will we know WHERE it wound up being processed? We were MSC from the start but never received any notification that it was being transferred to a local office.

USCIS - 40 DAYS
2012-10-30: FedEx delivered I-130 to Chicago Lockbox Mail Room
2012-11-01: NOA1 by email - MSC
2012-11-02: $420 (x3) debited from our account
2012-11-05: NOA1 hard copies received, Priority Date 2012-10-30
2012-12-11: NOA2

NVC - 26 DAYS
2013-01-02: Rec'd case#, IIN, BIN & OPTIN emails for EP sent
2013-01-03: Submitted DS-261 (x3)
2013-01-07: AOS bills invoiced and paid & OPTIN for EP accepted for each of us
2013-01-08: AOS bills appear as paid & AOS packages sent by email
2013-01-08: IV bill invoiced & paid (kids' only)
2013-01-09: IV bill appears as paid (kids' only)
2013-01-09: IV Package emailed & DS-260 submitted online (kids only)

The Noa2 is sent to the USC, after you recieve that your papers are transferred to NVC.

Noa 2 March 2nd

NVC case numbers March 22nd
My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

I searched for images of the NOA2 and it looks like the bottom of the form has the address of the office of approval. It'll be interesting to see what yours says compared to mine (which we know went to a Field Office. Let me know please :)

2012-10-29: I-130 Approved (45 days)

2012-11-07: NVC Received (9 days)

2012-11-09: Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-11-10: Pay I-864 Bill

2012-11-22: Receive I-864 Package

2012-11-27: Received IV Bill

2012-11-29: Pay IV Bill
