Hi..im newbie and just starting fill G-325A confused for last name dad because my dad doesnt had last name only single name. What should i fill in the box for the last name of dad 'NONE or N/A or just blank' thx in advance

The foreign fiance(e)'s birth certificate is not required for the I-129F, however, you may want to include a copy to show she only has the one given name. Yes you have to fill G325a for each person

Glad to help. Just one for each of you is all that is needed. That old business about 4 copies of the G-325A is from years ago when the form was different and that was required.
